England fast bowler Stuart Broad has declared himself fit for Friday's third one-day international against South Africa in Cape Town.

The 23-year-old injured his shoulder in a practice match and was unavailable for both Twenty20 internationals and the first two one-dayers.
England lead the five-match series 1-0 after Sunday's win at Centurion.
